Městská rada Zhořelce (senatus Gorlizensis) informuje Matěje Pulsnitz (an Matthes Pulseniczen) a písaře Jana Bereita (Johann stadtschreibern), své vyslance v Praze, o tom, že prodej panství Landeskrone (der Landszkron), který proběhl mezi pány z Biberštejna a Hynkem z Promnitz, byl předstíraný, neboť mezitím se ho ujal vévoda Jan Zaháňský (herzog Hansen), který žádá městskou radu Zhořelce (räthe auss Gorlitz), aby mu na hrad prodala zásoby potravin a dalších potřeb in darauff speise und adere notturfft. Nabádají je proto, aby se ve zmíněné záležitosti obrátili na císaře Zikmunda (an keyser) a přijali od něj náležité doporučení.

Litera senatus Gorlizensis am allerheiligen abend an Matthes Pulseniczen und Johann stadtschreibern: Das der kouff der Landszkron nunmehr offenbar, dieweil sie von herzog Hansen mit macht beseczt und eingenommen, und her durch seine räthe begeret, das man in darauff speise und andere notturfft welde auss Gorlitz verkauffen lassen; sollen derhalben mit rathe der andern stedte die sachen an keyser bringen und sich erlernen, wes man sich dorinnen verhalten solte.
